At the heart of the house, are the theatre and the garden, closely connected. They are places dedicated to conviviality and art. The small theatre seats 63 people and is equipped with a short Steinway grand piano. There is also the foyer, an exhibition room, a small bar, a spacious multifunctional room, an artistic ceramic workshop.

From the Theatre there is an access to the garden, the first restoration of the great stone staircase was completed in 2005. In 2009, the terracings were completely restored to their original structure. The lowest one of them has a supporting wall that was probably part of the old town walls and is flanked by the majestic Sforza walls and an old town gate facing the sea.

This is the ideal place for people who appreciate that old taste of daily habits taking place amid silence, harmony, nature, sharing thoughts, flavours and emotions. But even picking fruits and eating them together, or maybe sipping a cup of tea in the garden after returning from the beach. The evening symposiums to share not only bread and wine, but a love for philosophical research, and music, theatre, literature and poetry.

Services

In the theatre it is possible to play the piano, have a conversation in the foyer, work on your computer and enjoy a good Wi-Fi connection.
In the garden, herbs and fruit grow in harmony and are available for the guests to pick; there is a barbecue to cook on, a hammock to sunbathe or rest while reading a book. The spacious lawn on the last terrace is for children to play.
The garden and/or the theatre and other rooms are available to rent out for events and special occasions.
